I art-directed a dynamic, stylized double exposure that seamlessly blended footage from the shoot with the actual game broadcast. This technique heightens the excitement, high hopes, and intensity of the match, visually immersing viewers in Pharrell’s mindset. Every frame reflects the electrifying energy of the game, capturing the emotions that fuel the moment. Additionally, I crafted the tone of the LCD backscreen, carefully designing its texture and color to complement the overall aesthetic and enhance the visual storytelling.

We crafted a dynamic spot featuring “Piece by Piece” to expand the NBA’s reach through Pharrell Williams. Using custom-shot footage with intricate roto and compositing, we ensured his presence throughout. Collaborating with ESPN’s post team, we shared assets, refined edits, and handled color and beauty treatments in real time.
